6 MONTH WARRANTY

We take great pride in crafting our handmade bracelets with utmost care and attention to detail. Each piece is created with love and dedication to ensure its quality and longevity. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return or have your bracelet repaired or replaced. Please review our returns policy below:

1. Warranty Details: We offer a 6-month warranty on all our handmade bracelets. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. If your bracelet experiences any issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover refunds, damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Any modifications or alterations made to the bracelet by parties other than us will void the warranty.

3. Return Process: If you believe your bracelet is eligible for repair or replacement under the warranty, please follow these steps:
